Prohibited Items Policy

BSSD prohibit certain types of items on the Site for a variety of reasons. Some items present legal risks to our members or our business; others are harmful to our members, or simply inconsistent with our values. This policy explains what is prohibited or restricted on BSSD.

This policy is a part of our Terms of Use. By becoming a seller on BSSD, you’re agreeing to this policy and our Terms of Use.

The following types of items are prohibited on BSSD:

Dangerous Items:  Hazardous Materials, Expired or Recalled Items, Fireworks and Weapons

Intoxicants:  Alcohol, Tobacco, Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia, and Medical Drugs

Animal Products and Human Remains

Hate Items:  Items that Promote, Support, or Glorify Hatred

Illegal Items:  Items Promoting Illegal Activity, and Highly Regulated Items

Pornography: Mature Content and all Pornographic related material

Violent Items: Items that Promote, Support, or Glorify Violence

Artificial Items:  All Body Related Cosmetic Items (for example, hair, nails, eyebrows, etc.),

Automobiles: Four wheel, two wheel and all other forms of transportation.

We reserve the right to decline listings that we determine are inconsistent with our values. Violating this policy may result in the member's selling privileges being suspended and/or terminated.
